Common Ground is a curated, community-centered gathering space designed for connection,creativity, and meaningful work. Our pricing reflects both the value of the space and ourcommitment to accessibility for community-impact offerings. We offer tiered pricing to support a wide range of uses - from workshops and content creation tononprofit and youth programming - while maintaining a sustainable, respectful container for all who gather here.

Book the Main Space

Do you have a creative workshop, community club, seasonal gathering, or small group experience you'd like to host? Reserve our main space!

Includes use of the curated Common Ground space, tables and chairs, flexible layout options, access to restroom and common areas, and standard reset expectations.

Standard Community Space Rental: $45/hr, 2-hour minimum
Workshops/For-Profit Events: $50/hr flat rental, 3-hr minimum
(Optional Commision share option - email us to inquire)
Nonprofit, Youth & Community Impact Rate: $25/hr, 2-hour minimum

Book the Content Creator Space

Starting a Podcast or creative audio/video project? What conversations need to happen more in our world today? Our space is grounded and real.

Audio-only recording: $60 per hour
Audio + video recording: $85 per hour

Package Rates:
Half Day (3–4 hours): $225. Full Day (6–8 hours): $400

Monthly Memberships
4 hours/month (Audio Only): $175
4 hours/month (Audio + Video): $260
